Access electronic databases off-campus

All CSU accessible electronic databases (including those previously called Non-GALILEO databases) are listed in GALILEO. You may access GALILEO via the CougarNet Portal using your regular CougarNet login and password, or you may access GALILEO directly at http://www.galileo.usg.edu and use the GALILEO password. Instructions for obtaining the GALILEO password are available here.

Some electronic databases have been purchased by CSU and require a second login when used off-campus. On the CSU Electronic Resources Login page, enter your Novell login username and password. Students should not enter their container. For more information about Novell login username and password, students should see the CINS Student page and faculty and staff should see the CINS Faculty and Staff page.

• Some of these titles require Adobe Acrobat Reader to access the full-image articles. Adobe Acrobat Reader can be downloaded from the Adobe web site.
• These resources are protected by copyright. Don't forget to use proper citation form when using these resources.
